By confirming a reservation with us, the client declares that they have read and accepted all of the following terms and conditions.
Date Change and Cancellation Policies
Please read this section carefully before booking any service.
Changing the date for the Machu Picchu tour with Expedition train service carries a penalty fee of USD 95 per person. Requests must be made at least 4 days in advance.
Cancelling the Machu Picchu tour carries a penalty fee of USD 195. If your ticket belongs to another category, please consult your travel advisor for the exact cancellation amount before proceeding.
For modifications or cancellations of the Inca Trail, Salkantay, Inca Jungle, or any private service, penalty fees vary depending on the case — please consult your sales advisor.
Hotel reservation changes depend on the policies of each establishment. Consult your advisor to determine the applicable fee.
For all other tours, penalty fees will be communicated at the time of booking.
Penalty fees apply without exception, regardless of the reason (illness, accident, flight delay or cancellation, immigration issues, or any other circumstances beyond the client’s or agency’s control).
If you have already changed your travel date once, a second date change is not permitted. In such cases, no refund will apply.
Failure to attend the tour on the scheduled date or leaving the tour early does not entitle the client to a date change or refund.
Payment Conditions
To secure your reservation, an advance payment of 50% or 100% of the total amount is required, depending on the service. The remaining balance may be paid upon your arrival in Cusco.
We accept payments through online payment links and debit or credit cards at our office.
Payments made by card or payment link are subject to a 4.9% bank processing fee, which must be covered by the client.
Included and Excluded Services
It is the client’s responsibility to review the “included” and “not included” sections of each tour before confirming the purchase. By making payment, the client acknowledges and accepts the services detailed in the reservation.
The agreed price is based on the services, travel dates, and number of participants specified at the time of booking.
Entrance Ticket Prices
Entrance fees to destinations such as Machu Picchu, Rainbow Mountain, Humantay Lake, and the Sacred Valley are established by the corresponding authorities and may change without prior notice. In the event of any modification, we will inform the client as early as possible.
Andean Migration Card (TAM)
Foreign travelers must carry their TAM (physical or digital) when entering Peru. This document certifies their tourist status and allows access to preferential pricing at tourist attractions. The stay in the country must be less than 60 consecutive days.
Passenger Pick-Up
Pick-up service is provided from the hotel lobby or reception at the agreed time, which will be confirmed via WhatsApp the day before the tour.
For shared group tours, the pick-up process may take up to 15 additional minutes due to logistics involving multiple hotels.
If no transportation update is received after 15 minutes, please contact your sales advisor immediately.
Weather Conditions
All tours operate normally regardless of weather conditions. No date changes or refunds apply due to rain, cold weather, snow, or other atmospheric conditions.
